Turn over rate is very high. Pay is on the lower end of the bell curve for the atlanta area. They measure success based on hours put in not by quality of work. Company refuses to adopt modern software and methods to improve production. My entire department resigned for better opportunities. Company desperately needs structure and strong qualified leaders. I did not feel inspired by the company's mission at all. It opened its doors in the 50's or 60's and it felt like they havent figured out their process to produce quality work.
