Micromanagement, false information given an interview pertaining to flexibility. Absolutely zero flexibility, and zero care for their employees.

I obtained a role at a different company (thankfully), and boy oh boy the difference is night and day. It wasn't until I moved on to a more positive environment that I realized how negative the sales culture here at Synergis was. Small wins were rarely celebrated. They were only focused on a very strict month to month quota. If you didnt hit it, nothing else mattered. I was lead with fear and not hope/encouragement. The team morale was extremely low due to the high pressure, high burn-out environment (which another review also mentioned, and it most definitely is true) Sales IS supposed to be high pressure, but this company really makes it impossible to feel any security with your job as there are quotas with nuances that are not communicated from the start, and then held against you. A role like this should not be listed as entry level. Commission structure starting out is also terrible and makes it hard for people to stay motivated.
