Good people to work with. People knowledgeable. Good benefits. Able to take time off if enough notice. Learned a lot from company.
Cons
Started to export work to other countries. Lost hours. No longer an employee but a number. If complained could lose your job. Not flexible when employee had to have time off.
Once you get the hang of things you will be ok. Management tries to be open with employees and build moral. Consistent work. You can move around if you ask and are cool enough with management. As long as you stay consistent you have a job.
