Pros

The CEO of Americas throws himself a birthday party every year (who does that?) and if you get invited you get free booze and food. If you're a good looking women your chances are to the roof but be careful, as he will try to get you very drunk.

Cons

Very bad culture and work environment. The person mentioned previously also create a very stressful and unhealthy work environment by talking behind EVERYBODY's back (including his boss (Global CEO) and the founder (his father).

Pros

Hard working and passionate employees many of whom put in more than 100 hrs a week off the record.

Cons

A management who not only deceives their customers but the employees as well. Truly a testament of modern day slavery, you will be fired for going on an approved vacation, right at the airport. It doesnt matter even if you worked with them for three quarters of a decade or you just got slogged for 100 hours for two continuous weeks or you were asked to postpone your vacation to facilitate the onboarding of their new client. If you have an important role in the team, you aren't allowed to go on vacation. That was the case of an employee who was terminated right at the airport checkin. The manager who approved his vacation was also let go as soon as he returned from his own vacation. While vacation may have been only an excuse because, this employee brought forward all the violations to the management - right from ITAR work being performed by non-ITAR resources, SLA violations involving lack of DR setup for all their big clients, log tamering ahead of audits, Software license violations worth millions and 50% of all their infrastructure being more than a decade old and out of support. As far employee work environment is concerned this is a slave house. One technical resource would do the work of 3-4 technical resources in an average technical firm. While the parent venture capital firm is on a buying spree to build the largest private cloud, the practices of deception will simply continue. No wonder why they bid so cheap and manage to suck away customers from bigger cloud hosting providers.
