        Neutral Outlook

        I worked at Systel Telecom

        Pros

You get a shallow lectures/revision on GSM, TETRA, and Basic Electronics for about five working days and a lab visit in the following week.

        Cons

        1. The lecturers are not professional, and most of them either hate the field or not satisfied with working there. 2. The lab visit is not beneficial at all if you know how to use a network analyzer. Also, the GSM lab at the HQ is not working so you'll just have a quick look at the machines.

        Advice to Management

        1. Take care of the quality of the course rather than the quantity of the information given. Some groups didn't enter the lab and others did. 2. An internship means working on small tasks while shadowing the operating engineers, this is more of an introductory course, not an internship and will not get anyone interested in working at Systel upon graduation.
