Pros

Salary for some is fine enough. Benefits for some are ok but not everyone gets them

Cons

experience leaving in droves. Replaced with people that are seemingly unable to learn and certainly not qualified. they hired a programme manager who isn't even prince 2 qualified! Redundancies are happening over and over. unfair pay and bonuses. Avoid its really not a good place to work. I can't wait to leave

Pros

Better than nothing, used to be ok but not now

Cons

Cons-Redundancy. Unfair pay-specifically gender inequality Bullying Managers emailing throughout the night Constantly dealing with angry customers due to unstable product Modular epr trying to pretend they are one. Integration badly done Senior leadership team all brought in as ceo friends to change from customer focused to profit focused no plan to address the bugs in the product. Made project management redundant due to lack of delivery yet the products are bug ridden and unstable. Customers won’t take it live. It’s all very sad. Honestly, I suspect when the redundancies are done things will get better. But to join the company right now… it’s a risk.

Thank you for your note and honest feedback. There is a lot to unpack in your note so let me take a couple of themes. The last 12 months have seen quite a few changes - and as you I think say at the end of your note, are intended to improve our business - of course as a business, but in particular for our customers and colleagues. Indeed, the integration of 2 separate business units into a single healthcare division was primarily driven by feedback from our customers that we were becoming increasingly complex to deal with. I acknowledge that integration is always hard, but it is important sometimes that we do integrate our company and break down silos which inevitably appear over time. I am also conscious that when we do programmes of change like this, that we learn the lessons to improve things next time, so thank you for your feedback. On gender pay, I would like to point you towards our recently published gender pay document which concludes that as an organisation we have made great strides forward over the past 2 years and are performing better than most companies in our industry. As an example our median gender pay gap across the company is -5.2%, in favour of women, which means that women are paid on average 5.2% more than men. This is a 3.9% increase on 2021..... but there is always more to do and we remain focused on this and other areas of DE&I. thank you again for taking the time to write and let me wish you the best for the future. This was a terrible company to work for

Pros

The only pro is the remote / hybrid working.

Cons

I could write a lot on this, but the two biggest challenges within the company are: 1. Disorganized processes and slow decision making. Operations felt chaotic, more like the downside of a start-up than the upside. Decisions moved slowly, inefficiencies were everywhere and few people seemed empowered or accountable to fix them. The technology, infrastructure, and ways of working often felt outdated and unnecessarily manual. 2. A People team lacking credibility and capability. From leadership down, the People function appeared out of depth. Initiatives such as career frameworks and progression tools being introduced felt more like surface level exercises than meaningful strategies. Despite the talk of being “people focused,” the execution of any initiatives lacked clarity, consistency and genuine understanding of what employees actually need.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m pleased our remote / hybrid working suited you, but I’m sorry that other aspects of your time did not meet your expectations. We recognise that some of our processes and tools have been too manual and slow. As we integrate our group of companies into one organisation, we’re investing in clearer processes, better systems and sharper ownership so decisions move faster. You’ve also raised concerns about our People team and career development. Our career frameworks are currently in the design and build phase to create greater transparency, with a communicated deadline of the end of our financial year. Alongside this, we’ve introduced Development Planning, Squiggly Careers training and toolkits, and a mentoring programme to support colleagues with their career development. We appreciate your honesty and will use this feedback as we continue to improve. Tanya
