Pros
One of the best things about TCS is the work culture/environment. It's a relatively small company (about 50 people), so you get to know everyone on a personal level and quickly build relationships. Because of this, there is a great consensus that "we all work together as a team". Upper Management is a driving force in the team atmosphere as well. Their management style comes from a coaching/teaching mentality such as goal-setting, helping you achieve those goals, listening to your ideas, helping with problems, regular 1-on-1 meetings, etc. I've never once felt like upper management was better than me (which I have felt at previous jobs) and they do not micro-manage. The last thing I want to mention is there is a great work-life balance and the office environment is relatively casual. AND there is very little turnover here - most people stay a very long time.
Cons
There is the old-school mentality that remote/hybrid work is "lazy" or "untrustworthy" work. While they are not totally against it - they have a few that fully work remotely - they don't want everyone in the office working hybrid or remote. and I would say most people in the office could work a hybrid model. As a note - this doesn't affect me much as I do enjoy coming to work every day - it is just something to note as this is a big con for some people.
