      Although TMA failed in obtaining any substantial prime contracts, it was still a decent company to work for given the benefits and the smart people that you'd work with. A credit to former management, TMA a offers an attractive benefit package. Sadly, this will soon be a story of the past thanks to new management. New management has to revealed themselves to be wolves in sheep clothing. They are highly skilled at lying with a straight face while plotting to take as much from you as possible. Do not be fooled by their tactics. They will distract you with so-called perks while reaching into your pockets and robbing what they did not earn.

      Management doesn't care about it's employees Upper management would literally sell you out for their own gain No upward mobility or career growth

      Great benefits, however, the benefits will go away in a few years.

      Cons

      Upper management is ineffective at generating new businesses, this failure of leadership lead to the (soon to be) sale of the company to a corporation.
