      Pros

      Good pay, casual environment, monthly barbecues in summer.

      Cons

      I think the CEO read a book on how to be a good manager and then decided to do the exact opposite. No matter how hard you work it will never be enough.

      Pros

      Servicing a fun market, media productions, awards shows, live performances makes for a fun atmosphere. Very high energy, "the show must go on" feeling all the time

      Cons

      Old boys network and cliques may be hard to crack for some, plus chaotic, undisciplined environment can be a challenge, if that's not your thing
