Pros
You’ll learn to be self-sufficient, because you have to be. Some talented people work there, but most don’t stay long enough to make an impact.
Cons
There’s no path forward. You have to ask for your own performance reviews, and even then, feedback is vague or nonexistent. HR is basically invisible. There’s no company culture—no events, no team connection, no real sense of pride in being there. Communication from leadership is poor, and the environment feels cold and transactional. It’s a place where you’ll do the work but never really grow.
