TPC reviews

The pay is terrible and has only grown worse over the years. The shifts are long, sometimes servers will work a 12 hour day, 6 days a week because they are heavily understaffed. There is no regard for people's lives outside of the club. Management is HORRIBLE. They only have one good manager and for some reason refuse to hire a Food and Beverage Director.

Upper Management that is never there to answer questions and when upper management is there, will not take the time to listen Make us fill out employee surveys on sight while being in the same room Carousel of food-n-beverage directors Empty promises of getting to play on the golf course Horrible employee food program It is high school all over again with the clique of some employees as some are treated different than others Promises of a new swimming pool and new patio being built for the members but every year "something comes up" to prevent it from being fulfilled I cannot count how many times I have seen members and guests being overserved and then driving away
