You are expected to know the ebbs and flows of the business without proper training. Call center agents are spoken to in a condescending tone and confronted about the mistakes in group chats as opposed to a private professional conversation with management. The team lead must be kin to someone in the company because she is allowed to treat employees like their useless and when addressing this with VP nothing is done. patients are screaming at agents because their bills have been paid months in advance and they are still receiving bills that they have called on previously disputing. Very disorganized company. Not worth the unnecessary stress.
