      Pros

      I worked in the laser room. There was a lot of down time between loading and unloading machines. I had to get used to sitting around because it never quite felt like working.

      Cons

      There is no opportunity to move up. I didn't like the union, kind of weird for south texas. It of ten seemed like the union worked against the workers instead of for them.
