      Flexible work schedule. Laid back atmosphere. People are team oriented and appreciate individual efforts.

      Cons

      Not much room for advancement. Pay could be a bit higher. Raises are only based on cost of living, not contributions.

      The warehouse itself was fine it's the extra companies they have that are the issue

      Marketplace has terrible service and unfortunately they're ingrained into the warehouse
