      Pros

      Business has plenty of potential due to a product line that's actually in demand.

      Cons

      On the surface, the owner seems like a nice guy but once you get to know him, you realize that he's erratic and impatient with no long-term strategy or vision for his business. Also sorely lacking the necessary soft skills required to provide good customer service. All of this creates a perfect storm for epic failure.

      Pros

      Started as an intern, became a senior Manager within three years, was given complete latitude in all aspects of managing the business, when I needed support the owner was always supportive no matter what. Was entrusted with procurement, HR, finances, marketing.

      Cons

      This has been the best working experience I have ever had. After this job, was hired as a mid level manager in a fortune 500 company with the full support and understanding of my boss at TWM Performance, where else does that happen?
