A company is only as good as its leadership and this company has lost all the people holding it together. There is absolutely ZERO transparency and morale has never been so low. Management hides behind closed doors on what's actually going on with the company and its future, especially after several significant layoffs of over 60% of the company leading most staff to wonder if they're next. There is ZERO job security. It is clear this CEO is the reason that after 7 years and multiple CEOs it is worse off now than ever before. Meeting already unrealistic expectations is difficult when job responsibilities, expectations, and resources are changed every month or even between conversations with the CEO. Hard to be successful when your leader is constantly contradicting himself, his direction, and his vision while placing blame on the staff for not meeting the expectations you never knew existed.

Every con mentioned in these reviews are on point and that's no BS! Those giving positive reviews are part of HR or one of three people on the Executive level. It really is this dysfunctional and that's due to the head of the snake known as Broeker.
