Pros

The company is comfortable to work for. You are more than likely to be granted vacation time and sick days when you need them. The building is comfortable and well furnished.

Cons

The company is full of cliques. But please note, not all departments are the same when it comes to this problem. The department I worked for was one big clique with a staff of about 18 people. I felt excluded from most activities and they gossiped non stop about each other and me.  This made my work experience very difficult, not to mention the physical work I preformed was non-fulfilling and monotonous. To my surprise management would take part these cliques which made it feel like I had no one I could share my feelings with. If you fit in, you'll really enjoy this company. Unfortunately that was not the case for me.

Pros

Friendly colleagues and a relaxed atmosphere and dress code. 1 or 2 work from home days per week depending on your department. Very likely an excellent place for young parents to work. Far more generous with time off than the majority of U.S. based or U.S. owned companies I know of at least. Time off more closely mirrors European companies which is lovely.

Cons

One on ones with your manager are meant to be helpful but they can be worrisome, especially if you're new to a more helpful atmosphere. You can move laterally but moving up is about as difficult here as it is anywhere. Senior management (not the customer service heads per se) can occasionally be a bit resistant to newer ideas that they didn't think of, which can be disappointing.
