      Pros

      ICHRA is a great idea. and Take Command is a great idea. We just need a better website and customer service for the execution.

      Cons

      I have been trying to submit my proof of coverage for my insurance. The website directions are not accurate and no one answers on their call line even after 20 minutes. It is a terrible customer experience. They need to do better especially for such a common request.
