Good colleagues outside of management. Decent brand name

Management and Clients. Management say yes to anything client says but doesn't give extra resources to deliver. Clients talk about "One Team" until they want something then it's "I'm the client" Salaries are low. RPOs make money by being the middle man and by promising to reduce the cost of recruitment. They do that by paying poorly.
