Pros
The work environment, and coworkers were all kind and easy to work with. Nice new office.
Cons
Management. Everything feels like it just takes too long to implement. Japanese environment. If you don't know any Japanese at all, then the tasks assigned can be very difficult. The company is trying to globalise, however management is steeped in Japanese culture.
