-Fantastic Pay, in alignment with the market -Great 401K benefits -Remote and schedule flexibility -Small company that gets things done -Work life balance that actually exists here, and puts family first -They only hire top talent and it shows, amazing team -Work hand in hand with the CEO of the company who is amazing -Best Boss I've had in my career
Cons
-I would have to stretch to honestly think of something. I've been in the work environment over a decade and this is hands down the best company I've worked for. If you're questioning if its too good to be true I 10 out of 10 understand, but its not! seriously mind-blowing company
