Pros

I had a good manager. That’s about it.

Cons

Delayed salary. You are paid hourly, yet reviewing tasks are not paid (sometimes, including meetings) and there are tasks that consumes a lot of time time! Imagine reviewing tasks (you have a lot, maybe after 2months) for 2 hours, and the task only lasts an hour or two. So you spent a total of 4hrs, you’ll only get paid with the hours (sometimes mins) you rendered. You have to deal with the leadership, the client and the manager, so its kinda too much sometimes. This company is pro-client but not pro-VA.

The business model really favors the customer so as an employee it would be nice to get a little more consistency.
