Pros

Mostly great coworkers. (if anyone is still left.)

Cons

VERY Shady business at the top Massive layoffs roughly two months after the CEO said there would be none. Complete lack of leadership Completely reckless spending from the boy's club (you know who you are.) Lack of ownership from people who completely failed in their roles.

Pros

some really great colleagues and people that want to do good things in the world good benefits

Cons

Leadership really does not know what they're doing. They overhired, and then fired 20 people before christmas (but weirdly, leadership didn't get fired). Product market fit is not really there and they're trying to do too many things without doing anything really great. For a company that claims to want to improve wellbeing, they did not do right by their employees.

Pros

-Flexible work hours & remote-first -Unlimited PTO -Access to all the coaches is amazing, and the coaches themselves are great -Lots of potential to impact peoples lives

Cons

I never write negative reviews on anything, but I felt I had to put this experience out there for future potential employees to know. I was laid off along with ~20% of the company right before christmas. Layoffs are totally understandable, and a business decision that one cannot take personally. However, how a company handles it says so much about their leadership and true colors. The lack of transparency was appalling. We were all told the company was doing considerably well in the last all-company meeting. The day the layoffs happened, some people were shut out of their system access before they were told they were laid off (!!!). There was no thank you, no recognition for the hard work the ~20 ppl put in during their time there, no chance for anyone to say goodbye or even gather personal information off their drive. Then the company follows this with a policy that prohibits current employees to give public references (ex: LinkedIn recommendations) to past employees. Absolutely awful. During my time there, there were lots of red flags: -There is a lack of solid leadership across departments, as well as *micro-managing from the very top down* -There's no structure in place for career growth -There's very rarely all-hands meetings, which as a result keeps people in the dark about company updates & health, and are very siloed in their work -Company events were always cancelled, which made the company seem very flaky -Overall, the company is very disorganized
