Pros
-you earn depending on the time you invest writing -sometimes you write about a niche that you're good at -you can pick any writing project in the pool, very convenient -you don't need to market yourself as a freelance anymore -you work home-based!
Cons
-they mostly pay VERY low for topics that take a LOT of time to research -there is no relationship between the editors and the writers, they simply give isolated feedback per project you submit
