Appreciate employees as valuable humans with huge potential and skills, instead of disposable resources.

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Teamnet full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Opportunity to work on large and important (mission critical, unique) projects. Good premises, people are very nice. This company rewards seniority, and considers team cohesion more important than sheer individual performance. Middle managers are home-grown, flexible and understanding. They started from the bottom and went through the ropes, its' easy to discuss with them and you usually find understanding. High managers are mostly invisible, which is great.

    Cons

Schedule pressure depends strongly on the project. Some deadlines on high-exposure projects are very hard. Procedures are benign but sometimes annoying. Super-star developers are not held high regard. High turnaround on juniors. Customers may sometimes intrude in the project governance.

    Advice to Management

The JIRA implementation can be made simpler and more flexible.

    Pros

Even if you are a junior or a senior Teamnet is a great company where you can really improve your skills.

    Cons

Sometimes people needs a little bit more communication.

    Advice to Management

    Talk more with employees

    I worked at Teamnet full-time

    Pros

I loved the environment, great offices, good salary, a lot of benefits for employees. I also learned a lot of interesting things.

    Cons

I think the only downside was the fact that there's a lot of work to do (but I don't argue about it, since I usually tend to be a bit workaholic) and strict deadlines, but it's normal since it's a big, important company.

    Advice to Management

I think they should only keep up the good work, because they are doing a great job. If they hadn't, the company wouldn't be where it is now.

I worked at Teamnet full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Flexible hours and competitive salaries. Fruits are served certain days. Some projects are interesting and there are a few people that you can learn from, that have seniority.

    Cons

Very tough deadlines, you do very often overtime, which is payed like a regular day. Because of the presure in certain projects, many people that are not qualified get rapidly hired...the end result is not good for anyone.

    Advice to Management

Be careful whom you hire, many good people have left and people who are not qualified remained
