I worked at Teams Design full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Nice Office environment+location; staff speaks conversant english (shanghai office) ; very diverse design projects and great portfolio based on Germany HQ's long history. A bonus for yearly opportunities to exchange overseas to other office.

    Cons

(shanghai office) a rather chaotic PM team, projects are often changing ownerships, hard to build a proper client relationship. Juniors are expect to take on many office admin tasks and create cheap graphic arts.

    Advice to Management

Have a clearer path for professional growth within the team and hire some admin assistants for daily office admin jobs.
