    Pros

You can meet nice and great people and get involved in ok projects. Nice working environment and possibility to learn more stuff.

    Cons

The biggest cons is salary that definitely need to be better compered to amount of spent time at the office. Company owners should think more about that.

    Advice to Management

    Take care of people

I worked at Teams Design full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Nice Office environment+location; staff speaks conversant english (shanghai office) ; very diverse design projects and great portfolio based on Germany HQ's long history. A bonus for yearly opportunities to exchange overseas to other office.

    Cons

(shanghai office) a rather chaotic PM team, projects are often changing ownerships, hard to build a proper client relationship. Juniors are expect to take on many office admin tasks and create cheap graphic arts.

    Advice to Management

Have a clearer path for professional growth within the team and hire some admin assistants for daily office admin jobs.

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Teams Design full-time

    Pros

The other employees make the work day bearable.

    Cons

This is by far the worst place I've ever worked in my life. Upper management has no backbone, abuses employees on a daily basis, and offers virtually no benefits like professional development or career advacement. They pit employees against each other and consistently 'talk down' to their people. The worst is the management in Hamburg. Highly unstable and irrational.

If you receive an offer, RUN, don't walk for the hills.
Turnover is extremely high at this company. Some people left with emotional and health problems, including burnout.

    Advice to Management

Change your entire management line-up. The primary owners need to step back and hire a professional that knows how to manage people in a humane way. Inspire your employees. Look for ways to empower them. If not, your business will surely go under.
