Pros

Casual work environment. Small company. Remote work. No formalities. Easy to connect and get to know everyone in the company as there are less than 100 employees. Lots of opportunities to travel and move around. Company cars available to sales team. Great stepping stone to advance to another position.

Cons

Disorganized. Poor structuring. Not much room for advancement. Little to no polices and procedures. No formalities. No IT department. No Human Resources department. Poor compensation. Inconsistent and poor technologies.

Pros

It was a small knit company and those who got along, got along like family.

Cons

The new CEO is terrible and is a glorified sales person who doesn't care about the well being of the company or the employees. Greed wins for this company.

Pros

In 2014 the company was great! They promoted from within and had great leadership at the top. The technology was cutting edge.

Cons

In 2015 the company culture took a turn for the worst when new upper management was put into place. We began to loose valuable people at all levels because of one person. I also believe that this person was responsible for the huge layoff that took place in 2016. This used to be a wonderful place to work but not anymore. I feel bad for those who are still left to carry the heavy burden now and have to continue working for someone who has an evil spirit.
