      Pros

      Decent pay if they pay you what you work.

      Cons

      Listens to the clients and doesn’t get the caregivers side. You don’t get breaks and only gives you write up instead of training. You also have to do online training that is supposed to be paid for but they don’t pay half the time.

      Nothing, absoltuely nothing is pro about this facility.

      Cons

      Money hungry, that is it. They could care less about any patient. It is all about getting the owners more and more money.
