Everything else. Upper management is a joke. Terrible leadership. Don’t work as a team. Put you down and make the job stressful for no reason. The pay isn’t competitive what so ever. You can work at McDonald and make more than you will here. There is no chance of growth within this company. You’re either their favorite or they don’t care about you at all. You won’t feel heard or seen. Always be prepared to take on more then your job description with no increase to your pay whatsoever. Turnover is extremely high. People who have been with the company for many years are leaving.

If you enjoy micromanagement, lack of trust, lack of transparency, no commercial vision, and zero leadership from the top - then maybe this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and find any other company to work for...
