    Pros

There was great pay, friendly people to work with, and it was a really professional environment.

    Cons

A lot of the work could get pretty repetitive, as expected of an intern. It was also not the most fun experience at times just because it was hard to make friends since there was usually a large age gap between me and the coworkers.

    Advice to Management

I would feel even more welcome if management had created more outside-of-work activities for the interns to get to know each other and their supervisors.

I have been working at Telamon full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Growing company with good benefits. You are able to advance within the company but you might need to relocate. Telamon is diversified with several different revenue streams so all of there eggs are not in one basket

    Cons

At this time I can not think of any negatives working at Telamon Corporation. Perhaps Telamon can become even more diversified.

    Advice to Management

My advice to management is to keep the revenue streams moving upward by ensuring proper customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is the number 1 key to the future success of Telamon.

I worked at Telamon full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Big company with plenty of capital, they make you a lot of promises and supply you with company vans for business use.

    Cons

They are very cheap when it comes to paying their employees. This job requires a ton of travel, and they skimp big time on food and lodging for their employees. They are owned by Chinese people who have no respect for anyone who is not Asian

    Advice to Management

Pay the people who are actually making your business money. The people who are the face of your company in front of your customers. Provide them with a decent place to stay as they are away from home a lot. Get them their OWN hotel room and stop making grown men share rooms so you can save a little extra money

I worked at Telamon full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

1.Stable job, they don't easily let go of people as long as you work diligently and be able to get along well with others.
    2. Good medical plan, ok 401K plan and ESOP
    3. You can always take on new projects if you want.
    4. Good changes, ambitious to grow their business
    5. Nice people to work with.

    Cons

    1. Not value employee training and internal learning and growth. They like you to take on new projects and learn by yourself but they provide so little reward for what you achieved. No real career path for experience staff. It's better if you come in as a highly experienced management role or new graduate.
    2. Heavy work load. Also, those good changes may make you work overtime.
    3. No real sense of trust or respect of your internal gained experience
    4. Flexibility of work depends on departments.
    5. It now becomes big-headed organization. Lots of management with big title only work for "high level" work. Those time consuming works go to you if you don't have big title.

    Advice to Management

Develop an environment that welcomes continues learning. Build a better internship program that utilize highly qualified students and help manage your limited budget, also alleviate the heavy work load of existing employee

    Cons

Low wages. Weak leadership. Poor training. Seemed to be a thread of distrust between management and employees.

    Advice to Management

Honesty. Pay according to skill set/experience/performance. Offer more opportunities to develop and grow WITHIN Telamon.

I have been working at Telamon full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Since I have worked here, there have been a lot of new changes to the organization, but they are good ones that are moving the organization into a more progressive and contemporary one. The employees are very friendly and attempting to make the work environment more fun and vibrant.

    Cons

Anxious to see how the new changes play out. I have no real cons since I have only been here over a year.

Small company vibe, family-owned, owners career about employees

    Advice to Management
