    Pros

    Working at Teleflex gave me the opportunity to be where I am today, there were a lot of opportunities to move around and move up in certain areas. They would hire internal before pulling from the outside. They offered tuition reimbursment, 401k match, and decent health insurance.

    Extremly high roll over rate

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees, their concerns, their ideas and at least take some things into consideration. Higher management, figure out the reason you cant keep supervisors and managers.

    Great products and Great people. HR showing some growth in the internal training area.

    Cons

    Management (at all levels) lacks consistency and training partly due to HR being so immature for the size of the company, creates confusion and uncertainty in the workforce. No system in place to listen to the employees.

    Advice to Management

    Find a way to engage employees and listen to them. Teleflex should pay itself and invest in helping HR grow in their processes. You have great products but you also have great employees that help you get even better and should be heard. Also, join the rest of Business world and relax your dress code.

    Set long term, attainable goals for growth; You will never please Wall Street so stop focusing on what they think.
