Pros
1. Every body is helpful 2. Lots of work , but great learning opportunity for fresher 3. Worked there as a Java Developer , and learn lots from Technical leads 4. Free to share your ideas . 5. Good environment to work and start your career 6. Easily reachable to higher management.
Cons
1. No facilities to employees , like medical , travel etc 2. No process , when there is work , you have to complete it. 3. No fixed timings, If you have work , then you have to complete it with in time lines
