They will speak more about growth but in actual there is no growth. 4. The high level management: MD, CEO, OWNER are seriously great but the VP's, Managers, heads, team leads play their own game to win their shows. 5. No Job security. Can be asked to leave at any point of time, you can come to office with a trust of having a job but while leaving its not sure you are still in job. 6. Unnecessary blames will always demoralize you to give your best to the company. 7. The high level politics is more than employee engagement activity. 8. If the India management thinks about employee retention rather than customer retention, the output will be more than attrition. 9. No strategy in controlling the attrition rate rather only focusing on budget control which demotivates the employees in terms of self-output that reflects in your low performance every second with mental pressure. 10. Can be a good company for a jobless but not for a professional who are having an experience. Better not to join and be jobless, look for a better one follow the reviews and join. 11. No steps taken on the reviews which raises issues, escalation which is taking the company down. 12. Facilities provided can be taken away from you at any point of time. 13. An agent in other companies are treated with more respect, here being into one of the senior employee you will miss it. 21. Maternity benefits are worst. 22. No parking, it's only for few those who have good rapport with the seniors. 23. You will work taking ownership but there won’t be any recognition. 24. Team asks for working collaboratively and being helpful, in real it’s not. 25. No MNC culture here to work with. 26. Words will fall short if you start talking. The intra sites are always down, when approached to HR, they would react as if they are doing a favor on us. HR forgets they are here just because of the employees.
