With an open door policy, weekly 1:1's with your manager, and quarterly 1:1's with the CEO, you always feel supported. Cons
As a 100% remote company, if you need to be in an office with other staff members, transition could be hard. Workload is demanding and autonomous so if you're not a self starter or can't work independently you will struggle.
