      Pros

      I needed a job and they had one. When you're in need of a paycheck you can't be choosy. Well, I needed a paycheck so I wasn't choosy.

      Cons

      See above, it's much easier to discuss what the benefits were and assume all else was a con. Working for Inland was a pleasure much in the same way herpes isn't.
