Will let you go for no reason, want someone who is obedient. Worst HR in the history, they get defensive and not helpful if any conflict comes up. Poor management. Will do anything to get you fired if stand up or talk back.
Great mission and purpose! Really cool projects and they believe in work life balance! Also they give you a lot of room to grow and provide certifications and tuition reimbursement. Allowed me to take lead on new projects and I gained so much knowledge and new skills!
Cons
The management can lack organization and communication. I sometimes have to send multiple follow ups to higher up managers to get responses. They tend to make a lot of organization changes since they are a small company but the changes are meant to help and will over time.
