none - it was the worst work experience

Cons

It's toxic work environment. Leadership lacks the necessary experience to lead, have no redeeming leadership qualities, lack emotional intelligence, care only about themselves, make unethical and illegal decisions, practice favoritism, treat employees terribly and have no accountability. Retail Operations leaders are the worst offenders.

The office is nice. Otherwise, none.

Cons

This company is horrendous. They don't care about you or their patients, just the cash in their pockets. Ridiculous policies, unethical business practices, and they will treat you like you don't matter. Management here has no idea what they are doing. They all are unqualified, picked because theyre favorites, and know how to play the game. Even with all of that, its the incompetent Human resources that is bringing the ship down.
