    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Paid time off was the only decent benefit they had. Lower management was good to the employees.

    Cons

    Upper management will ignore you.
Health insurance was extremely expensive for what it was.
Almost no communication from upper management about anything.
Pay was extremely low compared to others in the industry.
I would not look at this company as a long term employer and there sustainably as a company is questionable.

    Advice to Management

Start communicating with your employees and share with them where the business is heading especial since the field techs are the face of the company.

"Initially interesting but increasingly frustrating due to constant indecision of supervisor."

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

interesting, educational, pleasant office environment, engineers and upper management are friendly but direct interactions with engineers and management are discouraged

    Cons

frustrating, micromanaging, favoritism, lack of direct communication, bottlenecks, initiative is discouraged; must ask at every step if ok to proceed

    Advice to Management

Find and reduce micromanagement; remove communication block between test lab and engineers; employees work around lab manager to accomplish things
