    You can leave whenever you want. Don't need to worry about any restriction.

    Cons

    No benefit. No Bonus. Nothing!

    Great Work Environment
    Good Structure
    Friendly Management

    Cons

    Insurance benefits are poor, no paid holidays, though increased paid time off makes up for the holidays when the office is closed.

    My company boss treats me very well. He would teach me and let me handle my own project instead of controlling everything.

    Cons

    The benefit is not very well. 10 paid day off plus 10 paid off holiday for 1st 5 year in the company.

    Advice to Management

    My direct upper management treats me very well, and I lesrned a lot from him on my discipline.

    I have been working at Testengeer full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Testengeer cares about it's employees which is shown through the benefits, it's allowance of GA to make your 40 hours per week, it's employees's club. Testengeer has very good engineers and designers. Most people are very professional.

    Cons

    Testengeer has trouble being one company with several offices. It is more of several offices run by the same company.
