Cons

These guys do not have the infrastructure to sell outside of Texas. They’ll hire you and then will not be competitive with other compounding pharmacies. I wound up going to big Pharma after this role so getting laid off was the best thing that happened to me! Leadership is terrible. I don’t know who thought it was a good idea to make your chief pharmacist the leader of your sales team, but that was a dumb move. The other manager they had in place didn’t want the job. You wanted to be a sales salesman. I voiced every concern and problem that was keeping me from making sales, and it’s the exclusive thing that got me fired.

Pros

None. They are rude and do not listen to what you have to say.

Cons

They discriminate against people with mental disabilities, and they also judge you for having a mental health disorder. Their work culture is terrible, and people are not welcoming, and all they care about is the people they are already friends with. They gossip and spread rumors, and humiliate you.
