    Pros

    They pay really well and they have okay benefits.

    Cons

    Awful in developing their management team and instead of them taking time to speak with the individual, the corporate management team will tell people who are their subordinates what is going on about the next. They demote people without a valid reason and it people show favoritism.

    Advice to Management

    Try developing your management team and stop trying to sweep things under the rug. You can offer excellent pay, but if no one is coached or trained properly there is no way for them to grow within the company.

    Pros

    I work in the Olean NY call center of The Connection. Unfortunately, we will be closing down very soon, My experience here has been a good one. The supervisors are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help you when you need it. It is a friendly, professional environment, and has, hands down, the best management department I've ever had the privilege of working under. We do have call centers in other locations. So check them out, and see about working at a great place that has done so much for me.

    The Olean NY branch is closing.

    Keep on doing what you're doing.

    Pros

    been with this company for 3 years. They are working on improving things and actually listening to employees. Problem is, employees would rather complain in private than talk to mangers to change things. They aint gonna fix it if they don't know about it people. They fixin things in the center and makin it fun.

    Cons

    they still got a long way to go, but at least they tryin. raises would be nice

    do an employee survey for people to tell u what's goin on. keep makin changes for the better
