I worked at The Connection full-time

    Pros

The Connection offers steady employment, a non-hostile work place, and the joys of working inside a climate controlled environment. Most of the management at the time when I worked there were supportive and caring. I met some very nice people at the Connection.

    Cons

The connection offered no chance of a raise. I met people who had been working there for 4+ years with no raise. Dealing with irate customers, over the phone, on a daily basis will begin to suck the life out of you. Health insurance that was offered at the time was a complete waste of money.

    Advice to Management

The management should be able to give raises after a certain amount of time. If you are going to offer health insurance, offer something of value, not some garbage policy.

I worked at The Connection full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Location is convenient. There is growth with clients. Pay not bad.

    Cons

Limited room for advancement. Rules and regulations are ever-changing; depending on the person/circumstances.

    Advice to Management

Don't look down from MN on the people at the facility. Don't believe heresay until actually confirming credibility.

I worked at The Connection full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

An employer seeking full-time scheduling in an area with very little full-time employment that had flexible scheduling and dental benefits for a fair price.

    Cons

Uneven incorporation of company and client policies between managers who play favorites. More attention given to the landscaping outside than the unsanitary work conditions in the offices.

    Advice to Management

More structure for all managers to follow in how they lead their client teams, and standards for sanitation in the building that include constant cleaning.
