      My opinion is, I have no pros to offer.

      Cons

      My opinion is, not the best mangment. Working with glass & mirrors, that can cut you if it breaks, or hurt you because of the weight of the glass while handeling it. Proper training ,& experience reduses this risk. Possible wage freeze in effect at time of post?
