      Can learn how to create vinyl art?

      Cons

      Tight knit group of people, chance for a raise or advancement is slim unless you're a designer or related to the owner in some legal way, no training program set in place to help you succeed, sink or swim environment, loyal employees left a long time ago and the last lingering few seem to work together to make the environment awkward for new people while management doesnt take any action to fix the problems and the pay is worse than McDonalds

      Awesome Coworkers, Terrible Administration

      Met some of the best people I’ve ever met at this job and had some great opportunities.

      Cons

      Ran by an adult who acts like a child and makes rash decisions to punish people and that hurt the company just to prove a point.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere, everyone is really nice and very helpful if you need help. The management really supports their employees and invests in them.

      Cons

      The work can be a little mundane, but you get used to it.
