- Work with dogs - Friendly staff - Very good at giving time off - Infrequent but worthwhile staff meetings - Positive reinforcement work on dogs

- Poor communication from owner - Low/Mid tier pay - Poor training - High turnover - Drama between owner and staff - Owner will not tell you that they're going to/thinking about firing you.
