Low Pay, Micromanagement, Lack of Accountability

The events they have are about the only nice thing they do for people.
Cons
The level of micromanagement at this company amazes me. Management will micromanage their employees. If you're not apart of the cool group, expect a target on your back. The management there will use your own words and life struggles against you. The rules don't apply to management. They are not there to support you but babysit you and take the credit when you do your job. Its easy to move up if you are in favor with upper management and the cool group. HR will not help you or hold anyone accountable, esspecially if that person is apart of the cool group. Biggest thing I witness was how the rules don't apply to management. They will get away with whatever they want. Beware of working here.
