    Pros

Young, fast-paced work environment. Cool projects are always happening and people are eager to mentor you as an intern.

    Cons

Nobody really knows the chain of command--whose position is above whose. Everyone is a little scared of Harvey.

    Advice to Management

Establish a clear chain of command. Find a space (desks) for interns to work. Don't underpay your interns.

Micromanagement hell. Assistants who become VP's overnight was too often. Sexual harassment was the norm.

    Advice to Management

    Trust your employees.

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

Great co-workers. Opportunity to attend fun events.

    Cons

Dealing with HR during when it came time to negotiate my new employment agreement was an absolute nightmare. This is typical at this company. Many of my coworkers shared the same experience. The main issue is you are not negotiating with the decision maker, you are forced to deal with an intermediary in HR. Negotiations can take longer than six months with constant periods of no communication.
