New vans to drive in, an inclusive environment, and everyone from the staff to management is incredibly nice. The

Cons

The workload is a lot more than at Tesco, and their systems are also less automated, so you will have to do a lot of manual tasks as a driver that should be automated by now.

Pros

It's a nice place to learn about the product if you're planning to go into retail, you will get idea how a retail things work one by one.

Cons

I'm doing a night shift, and in that sometimes it gets hard because you are mainly doing the filling of product and you need a good strength and pressure is also there.
