There isn’t any pros worth mentioning. They have some pros like Work from home flexibility once a month, which doesn’t make any difference.

Cons

1. Doesn’t matter how well you perform you will be fired. 2. Hire and fire policy. 3. HR misguides by adding false pros on Glassdoor. Don’t believe in good reviews it’s all written not by employees.
