      A dynamic environment that offers lots of variation in the day to day running of the company. There's also a disproportionate affect each employee has on the daily operations due to the company's limited size.

      Cons

      Limited budgets in a struggling industry make things more difficult overall. While wearing several "hats" is often fun, sometimes being pulled in several directions at once is frustrating too.
