      Pros

      They are currently trying to educate a new marketplace. It is a hardworking, but very motivating culture. When I go to work, I feel we are creating history.

      Cons

      This is a close knit team and you cannot hide from management and leadership. You are expected to work hard and if you slack, you will get caught and called out in no time.
